Sweet Potato Cutlet

Servings : 5 -6
Cooking Time : 30 – 35 Minutes

Ingredients : 

  • 500 gm sweet potato
  • Ginger – garlic paste
  • Sago flour, as needed
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt, as needed
  • Upavasachi Bhajani
  • Oil or Ghee
  • Cumin Powder

Recipe :

  1. Wash and boil sweet potato. Remove skin and Grate them.
  2. Combine ginger-garlic paste, salt, cumin powder, lemon juice and sago flour and mix well.
  3. Roll it to a flat disc.
  4. Cut them into desired shape and toss it evenly in Upvas Bhajni.
  5. Heat oil or ghee in a pan.
  6. Deep fry or shallow fry the cutlets till golden brown.
  7. Serve hot Sweet Potato Cutlets With sweet Khajur chutney.
