Raw Mango chutney Recipe
Raw mango chutney can be prepared by blending raw mangoes, coriander leaves and other basic spices. This easy to make mango chutney has a tangy flavor which brings little spiciness in our meal.
Regular green chutney has lemon juice to get the tartness. During summer we, usually, use raw mangoes to make this chutney to get the tartness from mangoes.
- 1/2 raw mango, chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 cup coriander leaves, chopped
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- cumin seeds
- Mix all the above ingredients in mixer and blend.
- Add required quantity of water to get a smooth paste.
- Serve with Paratha or with snacks or meals.
