Fried Crispy Chicken

Easiest, Crispy juicy fried chicken

Cooking Time – 10 minutes
Servings – 3 – 4

Ingredients :

  • 750gm boneless chicken, cut up
  • 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 3 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt, to taste
  • lemon juice
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder 
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (maida)
  • 2 cups corn-flour
  • oil for frying
Recipe :
  1. Wash and clean chicken pieces with water. 
  2. For marination, take a bowl, add chicken pieces, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt and lemon juice. Mix well. Marinate for 3 – 4 hours. 
  3. In another bowl, add maida, corn-flour, salt and red chilli powder. 
  4. Take a bowl, beat eggs, black pepper powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, salt and mix well.
  5. Heat cooking oil in a pan. Take 1 or 2 chicken pieces, dip them in egg batter then wrap them in maida mixture and put them in oil for deep frying. Fry them till they turn into golden, brown and crispy.
  6. Put them on oil absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
  7. Fry remaining chicken in the same way.
  8. Tasty, crispy friend chicken is ready.
  9. Serve with tomato ketch-up.
