Mango – Banana Smoothie


Cooking Time : 10 minutes
Servings : 4

Ingredients :

  • 1 mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup yogurt, pain or flavored 
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cup milk

Recipe :

  1. Peel the mango and make sliced of it. 
  2. Peel and cut the banana into small chunks.
  3. Put mango chunks, chopped banana and other ingredients into blender.
  4. Blend until smooth and thick.
  5. Remove in glass and keep it in fridge. Use the same day you make it.
