- Keep tomato puree in deep freezer for longer life.
- Add lemon juice to coriander and pudina chutney to preserve the it’s colour and smell.
- Put baking soda in freezer and freeze to help eliminate odors. Replace it every 3 months.
- Squeeze lemon juice on apple slices to prevent oxidation and browning.
- Give onions a quick bath, so that you can cut them without tears.
